"Firehouse Tales" is the first big project I developed, in partnership with my business associate Sid Bailey(creator). We were fortunate to partner with a great agent, Lisa Brause of Golden House Ent.; she found us good favor with Warner Brothers who further developed the program and built the project into a huge licensing property. Firehouse Tales currently airs daily on Cartoon Network in the Tickle-U line-up, with toys produced by Bandai, books by Scholastic and products by Hallmark just announced in stores March '06.
If anyone has a question about developing an animated series and getting it to air, I'd be happy to share...

I've written to Cartoon Network and asked them to please re-air Firehouse Tales. They never respond. I'm so disappointed. My boys loved this show.
it is now 11-16-06 and we are so sad that firehouse tales is no longer on. my 4 yr old just lit up when it was on and still knows all the words to the song.
I found FHT toys at Toys R Us and recentaly K Mart. In one of the toy packages, it said there would be a movie out in November 2006. Is this still happening, because my nephew LOVES FHT too!
Where are Red, Crabby, and Petrol????? My 3 year old loved the show and he is getting bored of the 4 episodes I have saved on our DVR. Thank God I saved a few. Is a DVD coming out, movie, new series??? Please, my boys love the show!
Just the other day my son found 1 FireHouse Tales book at babiesrus. I'm hoping I can go back and get it before someone else does. Or I'll have to order it online. It's been MONTHS since he's seen it but as soon as he picked up the book he said "Help is on the way!" I'm so sad that this show isn't on! He loved this show and could watch it over and over. I really wish it would come back!
My 3 year old son loved the show and enjoys us reading the books to him. Will the show ever go on dvd? My son keeps asking to watch it, but it is no longer on tv.
I am so sad to have missed all of the tv shows. My son just turned two and absolutely loves the books. He has the "Super Truck" book completely memorized. Are they coming back????
If they are not going to bring it back to US TV then they need to put out a box set of the season. It was a favorite for all my littles ones at my daycare including my own son. They lived for the moment they could watch it. I have some taped on DVR but only a few...its sad to see such a fun and enjoyable show go. It taught a lot, from learning to sharing to responsablities. Much better than almost anything on on Cartoon Network, SHAME TO SEE IT GO..................
My son is 4 and is truly upset over the loss of the show. Fortunately I taped several episodes. He watches them often and after doing so about 500 times the tape isn't what it used to be. Please let us know, as dedicated fans, if there is anything we can do to prompt episode releases on vhs & dvd. Thanks!
